To be able to place an order, the client will have to be at least 18 years of age, and is obliged to provide authentic information that makes it possible for the order in question to be processed successfully.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
For your convenience and security, AmixStore provides you with a number of different payment methods when purchasing at our online store.
Debit or credit card
Purchases by debit or credit card are immediate which will speed up the time it takes to process and dispatch the order.
AmixStore provides an e-commerce payment gateway through which all the data provided are stored on a certified safe server according to the SSL “Secure Socket Layer” protocol, which is why they are encrypted to guarantee maximum security. Under no circumstances will the data be stored in the payment gateway, and they will only be kept during the time it takes to complete the purchase and payment. As such, AmixStore reserves the right to decline the payment of a transaction that is deemed to be unlawful. Each and every activity deemed to be unlawful will be notified to the competent authorities with immediate effect.
The aim is to protect the credit or debit cardholders, thereby reducing the likelihood that the cards will be fraudulently used during the transaction. This protocol is used by Visa, with the designation “Verified by Visa” and by Mastercard with the designation of “SecureCode”.
Note: Payments are always made in euros even if prices are indicated in other currencies. Some banks may charge for the conversion of currencies. AmixStore is completely unaffiliated with this procedure and accepts no responsibility for the same.
Purchases by Paypal are immediate which will speed up the time it takes to process and dispatch the order.
PayPal is a secure method of payment used throughout the world which enables money to be sent to any person with an e-mail address. For further information about this method of payment, please see www.paypal.com.
Payment paypal has 2% commission.
Confirmation of a purchase by bank transfer may take 1 to 5 business days, depending on the bank and/or country from which the transaction is issued.
To speed up the order process, you are advised to indicate the “name + order number” in any remarks of the bank transfer and send proof of the same to our customer services department so that the payment identification can be provided and the order dispatched.
The order will be reserved for 7 business days. Once this period elapses, the order will be cancelled. We therefore ask that you make the payment within the established deadline.
AmixStore is completely unaffiliated with any additional fee charged by the bank to the customer and does not accept any responsibility for it.
Any orders placed before 14:00 p.m. will be processed and shipped out on the same day (from Monday to Friday) provided that the payment has been made by credit or debit card or paypal. Any orders placed at the weekend will be shipped out on Mondays. The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are excluded from the shipment zones.
If the order has been placed by bank transfer, we will send the order once confirmation of the payment has been received by our bank. This formality may take 1 to 5 business days depending on the country from which the transaction has been issued.
Once the order is shipped out, it will be delivered to the customer between 3 and 4 business days by DPD. For some towns located far from urban centres, the delivery may take a maximum of 5 days.
If there are any questions or suggestions regarding the order, we will contact the customer by e-mail. If applicable, until the incident is resolved, the order will not be sent to its recipient. If the incident is not resolved within a 3-business day deadline, the order will be cancelled and its payment refunded to the customer.
Shipment costs are free for any orders of an amount equal to or greater than 60€.
Shipment costs for orders under 60 € total 10 pounds.
If the customer wishes to return one or more items, he/she may do so within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided that the product is intact, sealed, complete and inside its original packaging. Damaged product returns showing traces that they have been used or which do not have their original packaging and label are not accepted. Returns of products that will expire in less than a month will not be accepted either and nor will any products purchased with AmixPoints.
To exercise the right to return, the customer must contact our customer services department by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Order return + “order number”. The items that you wish to return must be specified and so too must the refund method (through the original method of payment or a voucher).
The customer may also opt for our collection service which has a charge of 20 €. In this case, when the customer contacts the customer service department, he/she must indicate a collection day and place. Collections will be carried out from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 19:00 p.m. However, if the customer is absent on the agreed date, no other attempt will be made to collect the order and the order must be returned by another method.
When we receive the returned order at our premises, we will complete the corresponding refund within a maximum of 7 business days according to the method of payment chosen by the customer, whether this is the original method or in the form of a discount voucher. We do not complete refunds according to any method other than the original method of the order.
If we receive one or more items in a poor condition or which do not comply with the aforementioned requirements, the customer will lose the right to be refunded.
To exercise the right to return, the customer must contact our customer services department by sending an e-mail to email@example.com with the subject “Order complaint + “order number”. The nature of the complaint must be specified and an image of the items which are the subject of the complaint must be attached.
If AmixStore is responsible for the complaint, the order will be replaced, returned or refunded to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
If the transport agency is responsible for the complaint, AmixStore will resolve the incident at the earliest possible time and will provide the customer with a response with a view to replacing, returning or refunding the order to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
HOW TO BUY
In the www.AmixStore.com/store section, you can find AMIX items through the search filters. Once you have chosen your product, click “add to basket”. You can then buy as many products as you like by adding them to the basket.
Once you have selected your products, you can then view the shopping basket. You will then be able to complete your order in 5 simple steps:
Step 1: Shopping basket
This step will display the selected products, the total amount of the order, the option to enter the reference code and the discount vouchers. When you verify the information, click “next step”.
Step 2: Shipment
This step will indicate whether you are logged in. If you are not, you will be asked to log in or register if you are not a recognised customer. When you are registered and logged in, the shipment and invoicing address will be displayed. If the fields are not completed, you will not be allowed to go to the next step. Once the relevant fields have been completed, you can continue by clicking “next step”.
Step 3: Payment
In this step you can select the method of payment you wish to use to make your purchase. Once this step has been completed, you can continue by clicking “next step”.
Step 4: Confirmation
This step is the summary of the final order: purchased products, shipment type, method of payment and total amount. To complete the order, click “confirm order”.
